When disassembling, it should be carried out from outside to inside and from top to bottom. Special tools should be used during operation. It is forbidden to strike parts directly with a hammer. In order to find out the direction of loose parts, care should be taken to use precision parts. For example, the long axis part of the screw must be lifted with rope and wrapped with cloth to prevent bending deformation and damage. The removed parts should be placed on wooden shelves, wooden boxes or parts trays as needed. Do not place them on the floor to prevent damage or corrosion. The removed parts should be put together in the original structure as much as possible, such as shafts, gears, screws, washers, positioning pins, etc.

For complete sets or parts that cannot be replaced, mark them before disassembly and use ropes to prevent mixing, such as gear sets, valves and valve seats, and piping connections. The parts on the valve should be inserted into the original valve body. Components that can still be used without repairs, do not disassemble and throw away, such as splines and gears, shafts and bearings. In order to facilitate the inspection of parts, the removed parts should be cleaned as needed, and then painted to prevent rust. When installing garden machinery, the order from inside to outside and from top to bottom should be followed to avoid affecting the next process. When operating, check important and complex components to avoid incorrect installation or loss. During the installation process, please be careful not to let dust enter the parts.

The installation process should also be strictly checked according to the technical requirements. After the machine is assembled, it must be adjusted and tested in time.
