Weed trimmers can be painful sometimes, and when they start to get old, sometimes they need a little help to suck some gas into the cylinder head. Some people use a starting fluid for this, but a small amount of gas can also be used, as described in this article.
1 Assume that the fuel tank on the trimmer is full, and then assume that it is not working properly. Check it quickly to satisfy yourself.
2 Use a spark plug wrench to remove the spark plug.
3 Check whether there is carbon deposit on the edge below the tip of the spark plug, and also check the tip. The rim should be silver, not black, and the spot should not accumulate. If you need to clean the rim, use steel wool or a small flat-head screwdriver to scrape off the deposits. Be careful not to damage the white ceramic insulator. https://uanbuy.com
4 First make sure that you do not have any gas, and then use a butane lighter to heat the edge of the spark plug.
5 Fill the thimble with gas and put it into the combustion chamber, then put back the spark plug and tighten it.
6 Put on the throttle valve, infuse 3 times, wait 4 seconds between each infusion.
7 Pull up the starter rope several times until you hear the engine starting sound. It should speed up a bit and then stop the cho flow.
8 Pull out the rope again and close it several times, the engine should start. https://uanbuy.com
If the engine does not start, replace it with a new spark plug, as this may be the problem. (The old spark plug has a number on it, so write it down before going to the store).
9 If it still fails to start, it may be that carbohydrates have accumulated and precipitate, and you need to use some carbohydrate scavengers.
10 Clean carbohydrates. To clean carbohydrates, remove the carbohydrate cap and spray the nozzle to make sure they are clean and unobstructed.
Then remove the primer cap from the pipeline and spray the carbon water cleaner under the pipe connected with the bottom cap, and then replace the primer.
Press several times to force the carbohydrate cleaner in the line into the carbohydrates.
Repeat this process several times. https://uanbuy.com
11 Check the spark plug filter, it may also be blocked. This is to prevent hot particles from escaping from the muffler screen to avoid fire. If it is blocked, remove it and scrape it with a wire brush or a piece of wood, and then replace it.
12 If the trimmer still fails to start, it may be blocked and new carbohydrates may be needed. Also note that after putting a few drops of gas into the cylinder and replacing the spark plug, it will ignite a little bit but not run. If so, it may mean that the carbohydrates are blocked because the gas does not flow from the carbohydrates into the cylinder. The only thing that keeps it running for a while is that you put very little gas in the cylinder. If it doesn't run at all, it is usually because the spark plug is used up or dirty.
13 At the end of the season, be sure to vent all gas in the trimmer and all gasoline-powered equipment. Depress the light bulb several times to force the excess gas in the pipeline to penetrate the carbohydrates, and then pull the starter rope several times to exhaust all the gas. In winter, the excess gas remaining in the pipeline and carbohydrates can cause blockages. Therefore, always empty and clean when not in use for a long time.
