Disassembling the chainsaw

1. Most parts of the chainsaw are magnesium alloy products. When disassembling, hitting with a hammer is strictly prohibited. Fasteners should not be over-tightened to prevent threads from slipping.

2. When disassembling the piston ring, do not make the opening too large to avoid deformation or cracking.

3. When assembling the piston, note that the locating pin in the piston ring groove faces the exhaust port. (Arrow points to escape port)

4. When assembling the cylinder, first put the cylinder head gasket, pay attention to the position of the air exchange port, align the piston ring opening with the locating pin in the ring groove, and then push the piston inside of the cylinder.

5. Before assembling the crankcase, remove the stains on the gasket surface, put it in an oven or oil and heat it to approximately 120 ° C-150 ° C for 3 minutes. Combine the crankcase gasket and align the locating pins.

6. Professional tools should be used to remove the flywheel and clutch. After assembly, the quality of the assembly of the semi-circular keys must be verified.

7. All carburetor through holes must be purged with compressed air or pump. Do not puncture cables or other objects to avoid damage to the hole and nozzle.

8. When installing the chainsaw on the carb, pay attention to the direction of the paper pad and the vents.

9. When assembling the contactless magnet, pay attention to the connection of the circuit cables and the insulation of the circuit cables when wiring.
