d. The oil circuit is blocked-the solution is to clean the oil circuit.

e. Ignition misalignment-the solution to correct the ignition timing.

f. The spark plug is damaged-the solution is to replace the spark plug with a new one.

g. Use inferior or deteriorated gasoline-the solution is to select the correct brand of gasoline.

2. The clogging of the air filter can easily cause difficulty in air intake and affect the start of the brush cutter. Therefore, the brush cutter should frequently clean or replace the air filter cleaner, use qualified gasoline, and adjust the spark plug gap and engine.

3. The trimming is uneven and there is no smoothing effect, it is generally due to the blade being dull. Therefore, the blade of a brush cutter is generally polished once after ten days of use, and the cutting edge of the hob can extend the polishing frequency to once every three months.

4. If the brush cutter trembles or vibrates violently during work, it may be that some hard objects are hit during the mowing process and the blade curls and deforms, which will cause the brush cutter to shake. In addition, a top-heavy blade can also cause the mower to shake. Therefore, it is necessary to grind the blades of the brush cutter so that the left and right sides are level. Pay attention to the lawn during use and try to avoid hard objects.

5. When the brush cutter is weak and unable to cut the grass, it is necessary to change the clutch.

6. If the muffler of the brush cutter engine emits smoke, it may be caused by the excessive mixing ratio of the intake combustion. At this time, the air filter must be cleaned or replaced with a new one. If the fault still exists, clean and adjust the engine carburetor of the brush cutter, generally only need to drain the excess oil and run for ten minutes. If the fault still exists at this time, you need to find maintenance personnel to overhaul the engine.

7. The rebound phenomenon of the pull rope when the brush cutter is started is mainly caused by the advance of the ignition time. In addition, it may also be caused by the blade hitting a hard object during the mowing process and cutting the flywheel key.

8. At present, there are two fuel supply methods for brush cutters. One is the two-stroke brush cutter using mixed oil (95% gasoline plus 5% oil), and the other four-stroke brush cutter uses pure gasoline and four-stroke cutting. The brush cutter should always see whether the engine oil is reduced, and if it is missing, fill up the engine oil to protect the brush cutter.

9. In addition, everyone should pay attention to the brush cutter every two hours of work to rest for 10 minutes to extend the life.
